Added the ability to choose the hair color when dying hair. Added Hair Quirks system. Sims can now choose the length of the hair upon getting a haircut. NPC Sims are not affected by hair growth by default. Added customizable hair growth speed options to all Sims under cheats, activate testingcheats and Shift + Click on the Sim. While it is impossible to track every single piece of CC and every single mod out there, we do our best to check and note which of the more popular items have been affected by the latest Sims 4 updates. The official Sims 4 forum also usually has a list of broken/updated/fine mods and ccc of the of Safe For Work variety.

A new mod project that will introduce the realities of death to the game in a way the Sims has never touched on because it is not a positive experience. However, without this experience, this Sims itself lacks the true depth of a life simulated.

With the addition of this mod into your game, your Sim will experience a realistic aspect of maintaining growing hair. The goal here is to create a hair progression experience that requires the Sim to clean, cut, color, nourish and style their hair making them more desirable or appealing to other Sims. This SNB add-on will revamp EA’s billing system by splitting out Water & Sewer, Electricity, Trash, Cable, Internet, Cellphone, and Property Taxes; each bill creating an adverse effect if not paid. This mod also adds in Government Benefits and Services that enforce Child Support and Alimony and provide a basic Welfare system called Wel-Fund 4 Families.

The Financial Center is an adjacent mod of SNBank that brings a physical bank to the game. Your Sims will now be able to access SNB options, and more, in-person. This keeps to that off-the-grid option where you don't need to use your Sim's cellphone for every SNB service.
